pm's are getting through, or so it seems, some just don't respond. You may find that peoples inbox's are full so the pm will not get there or get bounced.

if problem persits you can ask for a read reciept to be resent to yourself upon the contactee reading the pm ... it on the profile options list mate

It's annoying.

I've pm'd various users recently regarding all different matters, no response even though they have been online.
